Select Imports
In-house breeding remains the foundation of Legacy Line Aquatics. This collection complements our breeding programs by providing access to high-demand species that we do not currently produce ourselves.
Fish in this collection were not bred by Legacy Line Aquatics. They are sourced through established U.S. wholesale partners and clearly identified as Select Imports.
Every Select Import is held in a dedicated quarantine and conditioning system for a minimum of four weeks before becoming available for sale. During that time, we monitor behavior, body condition, and consistent feeding. Quarantine is extended whenever a concern is observed, and fish are released for sale only after meeting our standards.
Although quarantine significantly reduces risk, no seller can guarantee that a live animal is free from every possible pathogen. We recommend quarantining all new livestock before introducing it into an established aquarium.
