Gold/Orange Laser Corys are premium schooling catfish recognized for the brilliant metallic orange-gold stripe running from behind the head toward the tail. The stripe stands out dramatically against their darker bronze bodies.

These fish have traditionally been sold as Corydoras sp. CW010, but their current genus placement is Osteogaster sp. CW010. Keeping the former Corydoras name in the tags will preserve customer search recognition.

Temperament & Behavior

Gold/Orange Laser Corys are peaceful, social bottom dwellers that should be maintained in groups of at least six. A larger group helps them feel secure and encourages more natural schooling, resting, and foraging behavior.

Feeding

These fish are omnivorous bottom feeders. They must receive dedicated sinking foods and should not be expected to survive only on scraps left behind by other fish.
